Ingredients:
• | 1/4 cup | whole wheat flour |
• | 2 tbsp | ground flax seeds |
• | 2 tbsp | beet powder |
• | 2 tbsp | mushroom granules |
• | 2 tbsp | carrot granules |
• | 2 tbsp | tomato flakes |
• | 1 tbsp | bbq sauce |
• | Dash | of ancho chili powder, cilantro flakes, onion flakes, sweet bell pepper, and garlic salt |
• | 1 | egg |
• | 1/4 cup | cooked gluten free oatmeal |
• | 1/4 cup | water |
• | Dash | Worcestershire sauce while cooking |
Directions:
• | Combine all ingredients until thick batter forms. |
• | Cook in a pan on low-medium heat. |
• | Drizzle a dash of Worcestershire sauce on each patty while raw side is face up. |
• | Turn over when browned. |
• | Use choice of bread, rice cake or wrap, and add choice of toppings: cheese, avocado, lettuce, tomato. |
