Ingredients:

1/4 cupwhole wheat flour
2 tbspground flax seeds
2 tbspbeet powder
2 tbspmushroom granules
2 tbspcarrot granules
2 tbsptomato flakes
1 tbspbbq sauce
Dashof ancho chili powder, cilantro flakes, onion flakes, sweet bell pepper, and garlic salt
1egg
1/4 cupcooked gluten free oatmeal
1/4 cupwater
DashWorcestershire sauce while cooking

Directions:

Combine all ingredients until thick batter forms.
Cook in a pan on low-medium heat.
Drizzle a dash of Worcestershire sauce on each patty while raw side is face up.
Turn over when browned.
Use choice of bread, rice cake or wrap, and add choice of toppings: cheese, avocado, lettuce, tomato.
