• 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 Tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 2 Tbsp beet powder (supplied by AFI)
  • 2 Tbsp mushroom granules (supplied by AFI)
  • 2 Tbsp carrot granules (supplied by AFI)
  • 2 Tbsp tomato flakes (supplied by AFI)
  • 1 Tbsp bbq sauce
  • dash of ancho chili powder, cilantro flakes, onion flakes, sweet bell pepper, and garlic salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cooked gluten free oatmeal
  • 1/4 cup water
  • sprinkle of Worcestershire sauce while cooking


  • Combine all until thick batter forms
  • Cook in a pan on low-medium heat
  • Sprinkle a dash of Worcestershire sauce on each patty while raw side is face up
  • Turn over when browned
  • Top with cheese, avo, lettuce, tomato, and put on any bread type or rice cake or wrap
