Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 Tbsp ground flax seeds
- 2 Tbsp beet powder (supplied by AFI)
- 2 Tbsp mushroom granules (supplied by AFI)
- 2 Tbsp carrot granules (supplied by AFI)
- 2 Tbsp tomato flakes (supplied by AFI)
- 1 Tbsp bbq sauce
- dash of ancho chili powder, cilantro flakes, onion flakes, sweet bell pepper, and garlic salt
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cooked gluten free oatmeal
- 1/4 cup water
- sprinkle of Worcestershire sauce while cooking
Directions:
- Combine all until thick batter forms
- Cook in a pan on low-medium heat
- Sprinkle a dash of Worcestershire sauce on each patty while raw side is face up
- Turn over when browned
- Top with cheese, avo, lettuce, tomato, and put on any bread type or rice cake or wrap
