Ingredients:
| • | 1/4 cup | whole wheat flour |
| • | 2 tbsp | ground flax seeds |
| • | 2 tbsp | beet powder |
| • | 2 tbsp | mushroom granules |
| • | 2 tbsp | carrot granules |
| • | 2 tbsp | tomato flakes |
| • | 1 tbsp | bbq sauce |
| • | Dash | of ancho chili powder, cilantro flakes, onion flakes, sweet bell pepper, and garlic salt |
| • | 1 | egg |
| • | 1/4 cup | cooked gluten free oatmeal |
| • | 1/4 cup | water |
| • | Dash | Worcestershire sauce while cooking |
Directions:
| • | Combine all ingredients until thick batter forms. |
| • | Cook in a pan on low-medium heat. |
| • | Drizzle a dash of Worcestershire sauce on each patty while raw side is face up. |
| • | Turn over when browned. |
| • | Use choice of bread, rice cake or wrap, and add choice of toppings: cheese, avocado, lettuce, tomato. |
